For program-specific questions
The official LifeX Research Corp channels are the correct place for questions about enrollment, the Research Associate role, plan documents, or anything specific to participation. The official site is the verified point of contact.
For benefits administration questions
Questions about claims, network providers, prior authorizations, or anything related to the day-to-day use of plan benefits should be directed to the third-party administrator (TPA) assigned to the plan. The TPA's contact information appears in the Summary Plan Description provided at enrollment and on the ID card.
For ERISA participant rights questions
The U.S. Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration is the federal agency that handles ERISA participant questions and complaints. The EBSA hotline and online resources are at dol.gov/ebsa.
